Obituary for Benjamin Charles McClellan Sr.
Benjamin Charles McClellan, 72, died Monday, November 21, 2022 in Tulsa, OK. His funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 25, 2022 at the Ioway New Community Building located at 338275 E 740 Rd in Perkins, OK. Interment will be at Johnson Cemetery in Shawnee, OK.
Born October 7, 1950 in Stillwater, OK to Frank and Elvina Small McClellan he was raised in that area and educated in that area. He married Linda Lee Blalock on June 1, 1968 in Tulsa, OK. A welder by trade and a member of the Native American Church his leisure enjoyments were for Powwows, beadwork, spending time with family and traveling.
Preceding him were his wife, parents and three brothers.
Survivors include, children Benjamin McClellan, Billy McClellan, Wenona McClellan, Tasha Brown and Linda Onzahwah; grandchildren Laura, Linda, Billy, William, Mason, Kayleb, Nathan, Kylee, TiCalvin, Glorious, Davani, Chloe, and Hailia; siblings Frank, Henry, Dollie and Pamela.
