Bobby was born on July 28, 1944 in Addison Oklahoma to parents Earlsteen Lewis and Jack Gray and was raised by his loving step father Lovie Reece in McAlester Oklahoma.


Bobby attended Coals Chapter Elementary School. He also attended L' Ouverture High School. He excelled in Football, as well as boxing where he won many awards including the McAlester Golden Glove in 1962.
After Graduation, he married his first wife Audrey Nell Smith to this union two children were born Donna Lewis and Michael Lewis.


At a young age, Bobby accepted Christ and was baptized at St. Paul's Baptist Church where he attended regularly with his family. In 1962, Bobby joined the military where he served four years. After serving time in military, Bobby relocated to Providence, Rhode Island. He lived there for several years and then returned to Oklahoma. He took several jobs. Then he moved to Stillwater where he met and married his current wife Frances Lewis, to this union they had a daughter named Felisha Lewis. In Stillwater, Bobby worked at OSU and retired as a precook from Red Lobster.


His hobbies were fishing, hunting, and traveling. He was a funny joker that loves to make people laugh and he had wits about himself. He also was a loving family man. He had style and knew how to wear his hats.


Bobby was proceeded in death by his parents Earlsteen , Lovie Reece and Jack Gray and brother Aaron Gray.


Bobby leaves to cherish in his memory, his loving wife, Frances Lewis of Perkins, Oklahoma and daughters Donna Lewis, Vallejo, California, and his daughter Felisha Lewis of Stillwater and one son Michael Lewis also from Stillwater. One sister Yolanda Grissom(Joe Grissom) Baltimore, Maryland and one nephew Jonathan Grissom (Amanda Grissom) of Stockbridge, Georgia, and a host of cousins, brothers-in law and sisters-in law.
