Charles Ryan Mullins, age 32, of Stillwater, died Wednesday, June 28, 2023 in Stillwater. A memorial service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
Ryan was born to Charles Stevens Mullins and Cheryl Meszaros on January 30, 1991 in Cushing, Oklahoma. Ryan attended Ripley High School.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with friends and family.
Ryan is preceded in death by great grandparents Evelyn and Art Boles; and grandfathers Eddie Anderson and Bill Gipson; and cousin Cassie Martin.
Members of his family include his father Steven Mullins; mother Cheryl Meszaros and husband Bob; sister Brittany Mullins; grandparents Charlotte Anderson and husband John, and Linda Gipson; nieces Jailee and Carly; and nephew Landon.
