Obituary for Elva Fahr
Elva "Ellie" Fahr, age 89, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023 in Stillwater, Oklahoma with family by her bedside. No services are scheduled at this time.
Elva was born on February 5, 1934, in New York City, New York, to Joseph and Conrada Bracero. She attended Julia Richman High School and after graduation she went to work in management for AT&T.
Elva loved music, dancing, broadways, and gardening. She also had a great love for cats. She married Carl Fahr on June 26, 1965 in Queens, New York. From this marriage brought their son, David Fahr.
Elva is preceded in death by her parents, husband Carl of 53 years, brothers Freddy and Joey, and sister Yoli.
She is survived by her son David and wife Trisha; five grandchildren, Brendan and wife Colett, Alexis, Jack, Jonathan and Kyleigh; two great grandchildren, Athena and DJ; her sister Zoe; as well as her loving nieces and nephews, Jerry, Doug, Jef, Stacy, Kelly, Jarrod, Juliet, Linda and Richard.
