Linda Ann Johnson, 75, died April 23, 2023 surrounded by her family in Austin, Texas. A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Fairlawn Cemetery in Stillwater. Strode Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of the arrangements.


Linda was born to Joseph Worth and Vivian Alice Bowles on June 5, 1947 in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
She married Steven E. Johnson July 30, 1966.


Linda was a graduate of Stillwater High School, and later attended Oklahoma State University. She was a member of the Austin Baptist Church and faithful servant of Christ.


Her deepest love was for her family. She enjoyed reading, and really loved to read about the royal family.


Linda is preceded in death by her parents as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.


She is survived by her husband; her son Jeff Johnson and wife Lana of Atlanta, Georgia; daughter Hilary Baucom and husband Joe of Early, Texas; grandchildren Josh and Jared Baucom; her sister Joy Bowles and husband Pete Jones of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and her cousin Nancy Bowles, husband Ken Koch and their son Worth Bowles Koch of Austin, Texas.
