Obituary for Pansy Lucille Fleming

Lucille Fleming, 86, of Stillwater, Oklahoma, left this life on December 19, 2022.
Lucille was born on November 20, 1936, in Coleman, Oklahoma to Edwin Jasper and Mabel McDaniel. She was a 1955 graduate of Coleman High School. While working as a civilian at Shepard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas, she met Flip Fleming, and they were married on March 7, 1958. They had 2 daughters, Debbie, and Lisa.
Flip and Lucille moved to Ponca City in 1963 where they would reside for most of their lives.
Lucille worked at Furr’s Cafeteria for several years before retiring in 1996.
She was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She enjoyed attending the events of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren when she was able.
After Flip’s passing, Lucille moved to Stillwater, OK to be closer to her church, which was always very important to them both. She was an active member of the North Jardot Church of Christ in Stillwater.
Lucille will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, and husband, Flip Fleming, and their beloved dog Rowdy. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Clark (Mark) and Lisa Holloway (Michelle), grandchildren, Justin Holloway (Natascha), Ashley Villines (Cecil), Amanda Miller (Andy), Nicole Clark (Alex), and great-grandchildren, Benton, Laila, Noemi, Bonnie, Catie, Johanna, Bridget, and Samuel.
A memorial service is scheduled for 10:30 am on Saturday, December 31, 2022, at the North Jardot Church of Christ at 401 N Jardot Rd, Stillwater, OK 74075.
